This youth festival is organized by the CFM (St Theresa Church), PetraPalz ( St Peter church) and The School Of Acts (St Francis Church) of Melaka. We hope to bring more Melaka Catholic youths to know each other and also of course about Christ.

The youths are always caught up with their tuition, studies, school, and other activities and they tend to put God aside. So, this youth festival is organized to enable young people to reconnect back with Jesus.

What do we have that day?
Ans : we have bands playing, we have cool speakers to tell us their life experience, we have praise and worship and most importantly we have what you are looking for!

So, why don't you just come and see for yourself???

We had a Youth Council Meeting on last Thursday on the 14.5.09 at 7.00 pm in Kor kor Desmond's house.

These are the following details about this meeting:

2. Review on the CAFE RUAH.
- held in March at St theresa's

3. Potter and Clay
- 10 representatives from each church
- leadership training program (retreat)

- 1 day program; workshops end with a concert

The agenda

ok peeps. new plan for the Pp...

1. We had selected 6 representative to do some readings on Good Friday, which is on the 10/04/09 at 7.00pm. But those 6 must gather at 6.45 pm to prepare themselves. So those who are involve, please be punctual. better still, be there by 6.30 pm.

2. Geogio's leading us for the easter eggs. We are giving out FREE easter eggs to the kids, ranging from age 3 to 10. So kids, Come on and grab the eggs from Santa Geogio! We'll be giving out the eggs after mass on the Easter vigil mass on the 11/04/09.

3. For Pentecost Sunday, we are animating the 10 am mass and we will be having a short play. We might be having some Dessert Corner after mass (K.I.V). Something like milk shake and some muffins.

4. Today's meeting, we also talk about having "tradition" activities. Eg : Palm Sundays and Easter Sundays, Caroling, and etc.

Cafe Ruah (2)

Greetings everyone.

Care Ruah (2) will be organised by CFM (St Theresa Youths) and the youths are excited about the event.

It will be held on the 28th March 2009 (at night) at St Theresa, Melaka. Would appreciate it if the others could encourage the youths to participate or even get involved in assisting them to make preparations.
